59. Singapore Sling
Ingredients:
– 3 cl of gin
– 1,5 cl of Heering Cherry Liqueur
– 0.75 cl of triple sec
– 0.75 cl of DOM Benedictine
– 1 cl of grenadine
– 12 cl of pineapple juice
– 1.5 cl of fresh lime juice
– 1 splash of angostura

In the preparation glass add 3 cl of gin, 1.5 cl of Heering Cherry Liqueur, 0.75 cl of triple sec, 0.75 cl of benedictine, 1 cl of grenadine, 1.5 cl of lime juice, 12 cl of pineapple juice, a dash of angostura. Pour it all into one shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a highball glass previously filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
