28. Sidecars

Ingredients:

– 5 cl of cognac (or brandy)

– 2 cl of Triple sec (or Cointreau)

– 2 cl of fresh lemon juice

Glass: Cup

IBA extension: The Unforgettables

Mix ingredients in shaker half filled with ice. Strain and serve in a glass with a sugared rim. Possibly garnish with orange or lemon zest.
