25. Ramos Fizz
Ingredients:
– 4.5 cl of gin
– 3 cl of sugar syrup
– 1.5 cl of lime juice
– 1.5 cl of fresh lemon juice
– 6 cl of cream
– 1 egg white
– 3 drops of orange blossom water
– 2 drops of vanilla extract
– Soda

Add all ingredients (except sparkling water) into the mixing glass, then shake without ice (dry shake) for two minutes. Then add ice and shake vigorously for another minute. Then, pour the cocktail into the glass, without ice, using a strainer. Top with sparkling water.
