12. Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
– 4.5 cl of gin
– 3 cl of fresh lemon juice
– 1 cl sugar syrup
– 8 cl of soda

Take a highball glass and fill it with ice cubes. Take a shaker and fill it with ice cubes. Add 1 cl of simple syrup, 4.5 cl of gin and 3 cl of fresh lemon juice to a glass. Remove excess water from the shaker, pour in the ingredients and shake. Remove the ice from the highball and pour the resulting solution into it. Complete by adding 8 cl of soda. Garnish with lemon zest to place inside the highball and with a slice of lemon on the glass.
