Ingredients:

– 4 cl of pisco

– Juice of half a lemon

– 1/2 tablespoon of sugar

- egg white

– Amargo Chuncho Bitter

Pisco Sour Blog

Squeeze the juice from one lemon and strain, place the pisco, egg white, juice and sugar in a shaker with 2 ice cubes and shake vigorously for at least 1 minute to lightly whip the egg white. 

Pour into a cup or an old fashioned and drop 2 drops of Angostura over the foam.
