Ingredients:
– 4.5 cl of Cuban white rum
– 2 cl of lime juice
– 6 fresh mint leaves
– 2 teaspoons of white cane sugar
– Seltzer water

Put the sugar, lime juice, rum and mint in a high tumbler. Mix everything by gently pressing the mint leaves, then add ice cubes and soda. Decorate with a sprig of mint.
