36 Caipirinhas
Ingredients:
– 6 cl of cachaça
– half a lime
– zucchero di canna 3 cucchiaini da tè
- crushed ice

Cut the lime in half and then into 4 equally sized pieces; place them in the glass
Add the sugar and with the pestle exert a slight pressure on the lime pulp; it is useful to perform rotating movements to let the juice come out, paying attention not to compress the bitter peel too much
Add the cracked ice cubes and finally the cachaça
As a garnish add a slice of lime (thinly cut) inserting it on the rim of the glass.
